The Weather and Environmental Hazards Symposium will be held on the campus of Kean University, 1000 Morris Avenue, Union, New Jersey. Symposium will be beneficial to meteorologists, environmentalists, Professional Communities in industry, state/federal agencies, academia, transit authorities, energy providers, malls/department stores, casinos, legal counsel/forensics, environmental consultants, nursing and social work, and outdoor stadium/venue personnel. Keynote speakers include NWA President John Scala and NWA Past Presidents Paul Croft and Les Lemon. Register by November 5, 2008.
March 6-8, 2009 34th Annual Northeastern Storm Conference
This is sponsored by the Lyndon State College AMS/NWA Chapter. The 7th Annual Great Lakes Meteorology Conference
