Figure #19...Base reflectivity four panel (2223 UTC) showing one of two relatively long lived and organized thunderstorms that developed in the front right quadrant of Claudette’s outer rainband. The storm, located over southern Winkler County, displayed an elevated 65+ dBZ reflectivity core and evidence of updraft overhang.
