• Continue developing Implementation / Operating plan in coordination and consultation with the NWA Council.
  
  
• Provide input to Annual Plan.
  
  
• Review Strategic Plan and update if necessary.
  
  
• Involve / engage membership in implementing NWA goals.
  
  
• Review / revise committee membership
  
  

2006 Accomplishments

• Completed NWA Operating Plan (detailed implementation plan) which was approved by Council.
  
  
• Completed Annual Plan which was revised and approved by Council.
  
  
• Developed tracking spreadsheet for Annual Plan and submitted to NWA Officers and Executive Director.
  
  

2007 Goals

• Add new committee members.
  
  
• Provide inputs to Council on 2007 Annual Plan.
  
  
• Ensure Strategic Plan and Annual Plan have more promienence on NWA web site.
  
  
• Work with NWA Secretary and President to maintain/improve Annual Plan tracking spreadsheet.
  
  
• Review/Revise Strategic Goals and Operating Plan as needed.
