Each NWA Strategic Goal applies to these committee goals.

• Continue developing Implementation / Operating plan in coordination and consultation with the NWA Council.
• Provide input to Annual Plan.
• Review Strategic Plan and update if necessary.
• Involve / engage membership in implementing NWA goals.
• Review / revise committee membership

• Drafted Implementation Plan for Council review
• Added past-presidents Bill Read and Paul Croft as active members
