2004 GOALS:

Each NWA Strategic Goal applies to these committee goals.

• Revisit concept and development of Implementation Plan, including roles of the NWA Council, the Strategic Planning committee, and other committees.
• Review Strategic Plan and update if necessary.
• Involve / engage membership in implementing NWA goals.

2004 Accomplishments

• Reviewed a draft Implementation Plan concept.

2005 Goals

• Council approval of Implementation Plan concept
  • A "minority view" within the committee is to develop a more comprehensive Implementation Plan with details and date milestones.
• Revisit / revise committee membership

Strategic Planning Committee
Past Presidents are permanent members. Other terms expire in 2005.
