• Obtain Council approval / concurrence on Vision and Strategic Plan (ideally at 2002 Council Meeting)
• Post approved Vision and Strategic Plan on NWA website and in NWA Newsletter.
• Develop Implementation Plan

• Revisit concept and development of Implementation Plan, including roles of the NWA Council, this committee, and other committees.
• Review Strategic Plan and update if necessary.
• Involve / engage membership in implementing NWA goals.
