Mission: The Publications Committee has the responsibility
to oversee the following National Weather Association publications:
the National Weather Digest, the Electronic Journal of Operational Meteorology, and the Newsletter.

Current Committee Activities
  • A search engine has been developed for the NWA Publications

  • The EJOM page has been updated to include proper citations to all articles

  • A revised template for EJOM articles has been added to the EJOM page

  • Working on an RSS feed for new Digest articles

  • Investigating the possibility of adding optional preprints for the NWA Annual Meeting

  • Considering an option of "early on-line releases" for the Digest

  • Looking for a student member for the 2013 Publications Committee

  • Investigating the feasibility of going all-electronic with NWA Publications
