Mr. Randy Baker received his BS degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Kansas in 1985. He served as a National Weather Association Councilor from 1999 to 2000, and been a member of the Air Transport Association's  Meteorology Committee for over 10 years.  He also currently serves as a member of the National Weather Association's Aviation Meteorology Committee.  He has over 8 years experience as an airline Meteorology instructor to dispatchers and pilots at two major airlines, and seven years of aviation forecasting experience.
